Life is a whole lot better.

The LIVE Well program is a holistic journey home to self. LIVE Well reveals the potential we have to create miracles in our lives when we understand how much we are truly capable of. When we settle for more and share that with the world, it comes back to us as grace, contentment and peace.

A holistic approach is forever

There is no one magic pill or strategy that can bring fulfilment to our whole life while a holistic living system can. Relationships, career, financial abundance and wellbeing are influenced by all parts of our existence. Aristotle’s revelation that “The Whole is Greater than the Sum of its Parts” highlights the power of a holistic approach to self-development; mind, body, spirit and heart interrelate to create a purposeful life.

A gateway to a new career

In addition to being the gateway to a new way of experiencing life, by taking a deep dive and activating the 7 Living Essentials, LIVE Well is also the mother program to professional development. These include practitioner courses such as Holistic Living Teaching, Holistic Life Coaching and Holistic Living Counselling. Also coming in 2025, Holistic Living Meditation Teacher.

The Holistic Living Training Institute (HLTI) mission is to increase wellbeing, loving relationships and unity in our world community.

We seek to achieve this by guiding and encouraging the application of the 7 Living Essentials concepts and practices with emotional truth, intuitive wisdom and consideration for each individual’s unique lived experience. We do so with reverence and a sense of our own higher purpose.

The 7 Living Essentials holistic approach to self-development is a unique system of concepts and strategies designed to embrace opportunities for living our best life and being our best for others human and non-human. LIVE well is grounded in holistic elements of humanistic and post humanistic philosophies and eastern traditions

Incorporating the work of numerous wisdom teachers, the 7 Living Essentials system in particular embraces the work of pioneering self-compassion researcher Kristen Neff, elements of the inner child archetypes of Jung, Eric Berne and John Bradshaw along with the eight limbs of yoga and Buddhist teachings.

Practices for self-support have been either directly adopted, further developed or created by Alannah Dore for the LIVE Well program and other courses over a number of decades of research and teaching personal development.

Our team continue to evolve and expand these offerings contributing their unique knowledge and skill base to other courses within the HLTI prospectus.

Alli is HLTI administrator and retreat host. She brings a wealth of experience to the realm of personal growth and retreat enjoyment having hosted in both Australia and abroad.
