The Calm and Connect FIRE retreat embraces the characteristics of FIRE igniting passion, purpose and motivation. Awakening embers of potential hidden within the many griefs of the mid-life woman. You are lovingly supported to reclaim your inheritance and with energy and trust in your life's process live authentically with self compassion. The Sparks of the Firey Spirit are ignited where you can discover how to live gently and abundantly through the 7 Living Essentials unique to the Holistic Living Training Institute (HLTI). Your next purposeful chapter is waiting.

The 'Fire' element merges the energies of passion, purpose and meaningful new directions igniting desires and sparking creativity. Guided inner journeys, sound, breath, journaling, music, and interactive processes lovingly supported by others as you support yourself, are facilitated for you to generate your purposeful path. The 'Fire' Retreat gently and powerfully connects you to deeper realms of you: your higher self, your passion and purpose along with the freedom and liberation of your wonder child.

You are supported to empower your intuitive right brain, to illuminate and embrace the best version of you within your future vision.

Your retreat will be a tranquil immersion within an eco-friendly, nurturing, retreat space. Solar-heated pool available for swimming in October.

 

How will the Workshops run?

With nurturing as a priority, the retreat experiences include a  holistic living selection of practices incorporating qualities of the elements of Water.holistic selection of Mindfulness, Breathwork, Timelining, Gestalt, Inner Child, Classical and Modern Meditation, Sound and Colour healing and more.


The experiences are specifically designed to promote wellbeing especially emotional wellness with links to mind, body, and spirit.

Alannah Dore

HLTI Founding Director, and Creator of the Empowered Heart Retreat Program, Alannah Dore, has seamlessly combined Eastern and Western methods for personal growth for nearly three decades.


With ease, Alannah integrates holistic living counselling, academia, meditation, mindfulness and Yoga expertise gained in the Himalayas in India. Guests are nurtured and empowered towards emotional wellness and holistic happiness to live abundantly.

Alli Dore

Alli Dore, brings her own wealth of experience to the realm of personal growth and retreat enjoyment.


Alli has hosted vacationers on private yachts in the Mediterranean and Whitsundays and contributed to wellness retreats in Queensland.

Alli will join the retreat from Saturday morning, and she will be your smiling face ready to help with whatever you need.

Nestled in a seaside village along the Bass Coast, Victoria (Australia) on a large private block on the waters edge.

Accomodation

The Retreat complex consists of the Main Retreat house building which is where your workshop space and accommodation is.


Accommodation is also a few minutes away off-site for two attendees each with a private Queen Bedroom, close to facilitator's accommodation, located within a beautiful, lush, green setting.

FAQ

What type of accommodation is available?

The retreat mostly caters for private rooms. There are four possible share places which can also be booked as 2 private rooms. 


Limited options are available for Day Attendees to attend without accommodation while receiving all meals, workshops and nurturing included in all packages.


Is there internet?

Yes there is internet and details will be provided when you arrive.

Are there ensuites?

All rooms share bathrooms except for one which also has a spa bath. 

What is the workshop space like?

It's like a large lounge designed to be homely and cater to comfort. There are plenty of sitting options with sofas, lounge chairs and large floor cushions if you prefer. 


Cushions and yoga mats are supplied for some activities, especially the optional early morning ones.

Are all rooms close to the main building?

The two additional Queen rooms are next to the facilitator's accommodation and a few mins drive from the main retreat house.
