Duration: 6 weeks

Learning Materials: Manual, audios, videos, impact sheets
Connect to Community: Chat room to share experiences and explore ideas and share and reflect on experiences of home practices
Personal Coaching: A 45-minute personal coaching session during the course at times to suit you both.
With our coaches support and a program full of personal practices and wellbeing concepts endorsed by decades of practitioners walking their talk, you can establish a five minute a day transformative habit to overcome emotional, relationship and wellbeing setbacks you may face along life’s many pathways.
By replacing challenges with a gentle and enduring self-confidence, a positive mindset and loving relationships you to could be living your best life and helping others do the same.
