LIVING ABUNDANTLY RETREATS

Calm and Connect ~ WATER

2 Nights
16 Oct 2026
18 Oct 2026
South Gippsland, Victoria

The Calm and Connect WATER retreat embraces the elements of water mirrored in our personal power. Core beliefs especially towards self flow gently into rivers of self healing and compassion. The 7 Living Essentials philosophy unique to the Holistic Living Training Institute (HLTI) are integrated and embodied for new perspectives and responses that reflect abundant living.

You will be supported within a sensitive, encouraging and nurturing space that is responsive to all aspects of you. The Water element embraces the fluidity of emotions, calmness, renewal, cleansing and flow. Pathways for transformation incorporate holistic processes that you can take home for self-coaching and personal evolution.

Living Abundantly is reflected in how we experience day-to-day life transforming struggle into ease and flow in all aspects including relationships, health, wealth and a sense of inner peace.

As we transform our inner world our outer world shifts.

FAQ

What should I pack for the retreat?

Pack comfortable clothes that suit the season. It is cooler on the coast than in Melbourne in general. However, consider layers as the retreat centre is very warm for the cool months of the year and has cooling for the warmer weather.

If you wish to go for a walk and are joining us on the last day for a beach walk after the retreat, consider comfortable walking shoes, jacket and hat and sunscreen. Any weather is possible in Autumn and Spring.

A Retreat Guide is provided closer to the retreat with more details on what to pack.
