The Empowered Heart retreat embraces self-compassion, in action to nurture, soothe, heal and empower you transforming the core beliefs developed from early childhood that drive your thinking and actions every day.

In this way Living Abundantly is reflected first in how we experience day-to-day life transforming struggle into ease and flow in all aspects including relationships, health, wealth and a sense of inner peace.

How will the Workshops run?

With nurturing as a priority, the retreat experiences include a holistic selection of Mindfulness, Breathwork, Timelining, Gestalt, Inner Child, Classical and Modern Meditation, Sound and Colour healing and more.


The experiences are specifically designed to promote wellbeing especially emotional wellness with links to mind, body, and spirit.

Alannah Dore

HLTI Founding Director, and Creator of the Empowered Heart Retreat Program, Alannah Dore, has seamlessly combined Eastern and Western methods for personal growth for nearly three decades.


With ease, Alannah integrates holistic living counselling, academia, meditation, mindfulness and Yoga expertise gained in the Himalayas in India. Guests are nurtured and empowered towards emotional wellness and holistic happiness to live abundantly. 

Your Retreat Host

Alli Dore

Alli Dore, brings her own wealth of experience to the realm of personal growth and retreat enjoyment.


Alli has hosted vacationers on private yachts in the Mediterranean and Whitsundays and contributed to wellness retreats in Queensland.

Alli will join the retreat from Saturday morning, and she will be your smiling face ready to help with whatever you need.

Olinda, Melbourne

Deep in the heart of this storybook Australian rainforest 50 km east of Melbourne, is a village in the hills called Olinda.

The energy of old-growth forests, and wildlife such as kookaburras, rosellas, deer and so much more brings rejuvenating support to your transformation.

To add to the magic is Olinda Rise.

Accomodation

The Olinda Rise complex consists of the Main Retreat house building which is where your workshop space and queen-bed accommodation is.


Accommodation on site for three attendees plus Holistic Living Training Leader and nearby for two attendees plus Holistic Living Training Leader.


(Limited spaces for day attendees - no accommodation - who live closer to the venue).

Complete the Application and if you have not already spoken with your referring practitioner or one of the team, book a call and we can discuss your needs and answer any questions. Pending your successful application pay in full for a 10% discount or $250 AUD deposit and settle the balance 14 days before the retreat. *Please note, your deposit is non-refundable after 7 days.

FAQ

Are their mosquitos in the mountains?

The warmer months may attract mosquitos however the retreat program is run for the most part indoors. The cooler months do not attract bugs. However, in warmer months, and also with unseemly weather that can be uncharacteristically warm even in winter, if you find you tend to attract critters bring insect spray.

What kind of meals are provided?

All meals are vegetarian/vegan and prepared from fresh and where possible organic produce.

Please indicate any specific food considerations in your application form. All kinds of tea, and a variety of milks will be provided.

While coffee will also be available we encourage you to try reduce intake if you have more than two cups a day.

Is transportation provided?

You will be required to make your own way to the retreat complex however do let us know if you need any assistance and we will do our best to help.

What should I pack for the retreat?

Pack comfortable clothes that suit the season. It is cooler in the mountains than in Melbourne in general. However, consider layers as the retreat centre is very warm for the cool months of the year and has cooling for the warmer weather. If you wish to go for a walk and are joining us on the last day at the Botanic Gardens consider comfortable walking shoes.
